Can I visit your showroom to view your curtain styles & fabrics?
Yes, you are always welcome to our showrooms to view our product lines. It is very important to touch & feel the fabrics before making any decision. Please refer to our showroom locations and operating hours here.
Do you have your own production house?
Yes, we have our own production house with good workmanship curtain sewers and we have invested in new and up-to-date technology sewing machines, pleating machines and ironing machines.
Will I be able to buy more of the same fabric at any time?
We recommend you make your order enough for your full requirements. Ordering at different time may end up with a different batch of the same fabrics, which may different in colour shades.
Are there curtain linings?
Yes. We have standard and/or blackout linings. It is recommended to use lining to protect the face fabric, at the same time to create a bold effect of your curtain. It can also achieve the required level of darkness if blackout lining is used. We will recommend the most suitable lining to your choice of fabrics for every window of your house.
Will I need to install my curtains or blinds myself?
Upon your confirmation with our sales person, an installation appointment will be scheduled to your most preferred date. If you are purchasing only our tracks online and needed installation services, an installation fee of minimum $85.60 will be chargeable. Please contact us for further information.
Can I ask for a fabric sample?
Yes, we are pleased to supply a small cutting sample for you in matching your colours of your house and the furnishings.
When will I have my curtains put up after I have confirmed my order?
Standard delivery lead-time is 2 weeks from date of order. For indent fabrics or items, may require 6-8 weeks. You can always check with our sales team if you have tight deadline to meet, we will do our best to find a solution.
How long is my curtain or blind installation?
Depending on the size of your house, it is usually half a day to one day; for Outdoor Blind or Ziptrak, minimum 1-2 days.
Will installation be dusty?
We are using power drills with vacuum feature, thus dust will be minimised.
Will you make a trip to my house for measurement?
Yes, after your visit with your floor plan and make selection of the fabrics, we will arrangement with you for an on-site measurement.
On the other hand, if you would like to make an on-site visit from us, please make an on-site appointment with us here.
Are we paying a fee for on-site measurement?
Yes. A fee of $53.50 is chargeable. We will reimburse to you this fee after your confirmation with us. This fee is charged to prevent some clients who will misuse our service.
What about wallpapers?
We have a wide range of wallpaper designs and our experience decorators will also assist to match the curtains with wallpapers and your furnishings. Please visit us or make an on-site measurement appointment here.
Are you able to supply and install curtains and blinds overseas?
Yes. we had done many overseas jobs in Malaysia, Brunei, India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Belgium, etc. Please contact us if you need further information.
Can you come for overseas measurement?
Yes. We can help you calculate the amount of fabric you need for your windows and give a quote. A professional fee will be charged. Air ticket & accommodation will be reimbursed from you. Please contact us for further information.
Do we require to pay deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required upon your confirmation.
Can we ask for refund?
We have to apologise at this point for refund as all the products are non-refundable as it is customised according to your requirements.
Why is there no delivery for tassel tiebacks online purchase?
For online purchase of our tassel tiebacks, it usually comes in a pair and is well pre-packed. Self-collection will allow you to check the items you ordered upon collection. That is also why you can choose to pay cash upon collection. We apologise if this will cause you any inconvenience.
